We went to Boma on a whim this year, as we're not nessicarily an exploratory family when it comes to food. However, we found a unique experience: a casual mix of classic American Cuisine along with true African tastes.
The smoked shoulder was so good, I asked the chef to write down the seasonings and cooking instructions. This is a buffett-style dining experience. They label the sauces and gravies in accordance to heat and give so many options you can't possibly get through them unless you have 3 or 4 plates. Make sure you check out the desert bar as well, it's INCREDIBLE!!
