You can nominate any new food item at an amusement park, water park (including indoor water parks), or theme park that debuted anywhere in the world during 2011. It could be a snack food, a quick-service item, or something new that was served for the first time at a full-service restaurant. New food served anywhere at water park or theme park resorts, including hotels and dining/entertainment/shopping complexes at the resorts would be eligible.
