Overview:
The Waves is a medium-sized indoor waterpark with a wave pool, slide tower, and a small interactive water play structure. Its most unique feature is its clear, retractable roof. In the winter and cooler months, it allows maximum sunlight in to create a greenhouse ambiance. During agreeable weather in the summer, the roof opens to the outside.
The resort also offers over 200 guest rooms, many of them suites, as well as a full-service spa, an arcade with redemption games, conference facilities, and a restaurant.

Admission Policy:
The water park is open to registered hotel guests and the general public. The park recommends reservations to guarantee admission.
Directions:
From Toronto: Take the QEW to Lundy's Lane & HWY 20 sign. Turn left onto Montrose Rd. Turn right onto Lundy's Lane. The Americana is on the left hand side after Kalar Rd.
From Whirlpool Bridge: Take Bridge St. to Stanley Ave., turn left on Stanely to HWY 420. Take a right on 420 and follow the Lundy's Lane & HWY 20 sign. Turn left onto Montrose Rd. Turn right onto Lundy's Lane. The Americana is on the left hand side after Kalar Rd.
