White Water Bay at Six Flags Fiesta Texas is located approximately 15 minutes from downtown San Antonio. You'll find it at I-10 West and Loop 1604. Take exit 555, La Cantera Parkway.

Also note that during the summer you can board a VIA Metropolitan Transit bus to Six Flags Fiesta Texas in downtown San Antonio and at Crossroads Mall on Route 94. White Water Bay--formerly dubbed the "Ol’ Waterin Hole" and "Armadillo Beach"--offers various aquatic attractions for children and adults of all ages and temperaments. Serious splash seekers have plenty of slides and rides to choose from, including:

• Big Bender - A twisting, tunneled raft slide with intermittent waterfalls and a 50-foot drop
• Tornado - A 600-foot tall, 132-foot long water funnel powered by 5,000 gallons of swirling water
• Whirlpool - A 40-foot bowl that uses centrifugal force to keep riders in line

For those who prefer to keep their bathing suits (and their lunch) intact, White Water Bay also offers some gentler fare with White Water Canyon, a relaxing river ride, and Lone Star Lagoon, the one million gallon wave pool shaped like the state of Texas.
