Six Flags Discovery Kingdom Overview:
Previously known as Six Flags Marine World, the 135-acre park is now known as Six Flags Discovery Kingdom to better reflect its diverse offerings of sea life exhibits and shows, land animal exhibits, thrill rides, attractions for families and younger children, and stage shows. The hybrid zoo/oceanarium/amusement park offers plenty of opportunities to interact with marine and land animals, as well as a full complement of world-class coasters and rides for all ages.

As with all Six Flags parks, Discovery Kingdom offers Fright Fest. The annual Halloween celebration includes haunted mazes, special shows, and other features to mark the holiday.
