According to its developers, the water park will be open to the general public and to registered hotel guests of the Timber Creek Inn & Suites. Admission to the park will not be included in room rates, but stay and play packages will be offered. Season passes will be available.

Waves of Fun Indoor Water Park Overview:
The mid-sized water park will feature a Surf Stream surfing ride. The first of its kind in the U.S., it will simulate waves and allow guests on body boards and surfboards to ride the waves. It will also include the usual assortment of water park attractions including a wave pool, lazy river, water slides, and an interactive water play center with a dump bucket. Waves of Fun will offer two whirlpool spas, one of which will span both indoors and outdoors. Other features of the water park will include an arcade, restaurant, and surf shop.
Waves of Fun will be located next to the Best Western Timber Creek Inn & Suites, which offers 100 guest rooms and suites. The facility also includes ballrooms and meeting spaces that can accommodate conventions and meetings as well as special events. The hotel has an onsite restaurant as well.
