The water park and resort is located off I-84 at the Cheshire exit. The actual address is 3580 East Main St.

From the west and south, I-84E to Exit 25A. Left off the exit over I-84, then right onto East Main St.

Coco Key Water Resort Indoor Water Park at Holiday Inn Waterbury Overview:

The CoCo Key Water Resort is a medium-sized indoor waterpark themed to Key West. It features the Shark Slam body slide, the Barracuda Blast and Gator Gush tube slides, the Coconut Grove lazy river, and an indoor/outdoor whirlpool spa. It also offers the Parrot's Perch interactive play center with small slides and a tipping bucket. Younger children will also find the "Dip-In Theatre," a shallow pool with a constant display of movies and cartoons.

Unlike larger indoor water parks, CoCo Key lacks marquee attractions such as a water coaster, simulated surfing ride, or a funnel ride. Without the thrills, the park is ideally geared to families with children under the age of 12.

There are fast food stands inside the park from Pizza Hut and A&W Root Beer. There is a table-service restaurant inside the Holiday Inn.

The resort offers guest rooms and suites, as well as an arcade with redemption games, conference facilities, party rooms, an enormous ballroom, and a fitness room. The water park's colorful Key West theme does not extend to the hotel side of the facility, which is a standard-issue Holiday Inn.
