The water park also offers day passes to groups that book parties and other functions in advance. Party rooms are available. While individual day passes are not offered, it is possible that the CoCo Key will sell day passes to family "groups" in advance, based on availability. Check with the CoCo Key for more info.

It also offers the Parrot's Perch interactive play center with smaller slides and a tipping bucket. For younger children, the park offers the "Dip-In Theatre," a shallow pool with pint-sized slides and a constant display of movies and cartoons--although listening to the soundtrack is just about impossible amid the general cacophony. A lily pad walk and an activity pool with water basketball round out the water park attractions. Outside the water park, CoCo Key offers an arcade that includes redemption games and prizes.
Dining inside the park, including fast food from Pizza Hut and A&W Root Beer, is nothing to get too excited about. More adventurous diners may want to check out the nicely appointed restaurant at the Sheraton Ferncroft.
The hotel offers a variety of guest rooms, meeting and convention facilities, function rooms, a large fitness center that includes racquetball and saunas, and a day spa with a salon. 18-hole and 9-hole golf courses are adjacent to the resort.
