A few vestiges of its earlier days remain, including the Little Dipper roller coaster, a helicopters ride, and Jet Fighters. The classic rides, which can be found in the park's kiddyland section, date back to the 1950s. A circa-1924 kiddie carousel is also at Quassy.
There are more contemporary thrills as well, including the Free Fall 'N' Drop Tower ride, The Big Flush water coaster, and an assortment of spinning rides such as a Trabant and a Paratrooper.
Wooden Warrior, a junior wooden coaster (that thinks it's a large-scale thrill machine), opened in 2011, represents a major addition to the park and is its featured attraction. The ride has received many awards and garners lots of praise from coaster fans and casual guests alike.
Quassy's water park, Splash Away Bay, includes a large, interactive water play station with water slides, a tipping bucket, and all kinds of sprayers, water cannons, and other water gizmos. Swimming is allowed in Lake Quassapaug. For an additional fee, guests can take a ride around the lake on the Quassy Queen or rent paddle boats.
