Unlike the San Antonio and Orlando parks, the San Diego SeaWorld is at least near the ocean. The California park also differs from its sister SeaWorlds in that rather than sharing the stage with roller coasters and other thrill rides, the focus is on the marine life attractions. Like the other parks, Shamu and his killer whale pals are the stars (man, that Shamu gets around!). Sharks, dolphins and other aquatic creatures get their moments in the sun as well.
