Overview:
One of Wisconsin Dells' mega waterpark resorts, the Kalahari features a cavernous indoor water park that includes just about anything water lovers might find at an outdoor water park. There's even a water coaster with jets that propel riders' rafts uphill.

Because it is open to the public, the indoor water park can get a bit crowded. But resort guests can go during morning and evening off-peak times and retreat to their rooms or find other activities when the crowds really heat up. And there are plenty of other things to do, including a 10-screen movie theater, a day spa, fitness center, arcade, and a host of daily kids activities such as karaoke, scavenger hunts, and live animal encounters.

The exciting African theme pervades the resort, inclduing its beautiful lobby, its whimsical architecture, and its eclectic wall hangings and decorations. The hotel rooms come in a variety of configurations, including multi-bedroom condominium units. The suites are especially spacious and comfortable. At 125,000 square feet, the convention center is one of Wisconsin's largest.
