Orlando may be a couple of hours from the beach, but it's about to serve up some great waves for surfing. Ron Jon Surfpark is scheduled to open in a few weeks at the Festival Bay Mall on International Drive. It won't be a typical water park. Instead of water slides or tipping buckets, it will offer a large surfing pool and a training pool to catch waves in a controlled setting.
