When it has been especially crowded at Disneyland, I've occasionally found myself wandering up and down Downtown Disney at around 6:45 p.m. looking for someplace -- any place -- where I could grab a bite to eat. My feet are aching from a long day touring the parks. My stomach is grumbling from deferring food in favor of more rides. But the lines are spilling out of every restaurant onto the concourse, and when I ask hosts how long the wait might be for a table, they give me a sympathetic look as they prepare to break the bad news. Why, I think, didn't I make a reservation?
Why, indeed. When visiting one of the world's most popular destinations, it only makes sense to plan ahead. I've compiled all the info you'll need to make Disneyland restaurant reservations, so you can avoid feet-aching, stomach-grumbling frustration when you want to dine during your visit to the resort. I also include some tips and things to know about Disneyland dining.
