Crazy Coaster Coming to Vegas

The garish pink-domed indoor theme park at the Circus Circus casino resort known as The Adventuredome will be getting a new coaster. Slated to open in December 2013, El Loco will use single-car, four-passenger trains and will feature a beyond-vertical drop. It will also include inversions. You can see a video of a similar coaster at another park. The compact ride will replace Rim Runner, the park's splashdown ride.
