The online community has been atwitter about dragons coming to the Fantasyland expansion at Disney World's Magic Kingdom. On the Mouse's own Disney Parks Blog, Gary Buchanan has been fanning the (dragon fire) flames and wrote about the possibility of dragons flying above the park. In fact, Buchanan also authors a "Disney Dragons" blog that's chock full of fire-breathing foreshadowing. With most of the expanded Fantasyland set to debut in a couple of weeks, it's highly likely that the rumored creatures would debut along with the new attractions. I'll be at the opening, park fans, and if any dragons take wing, I'll be sure to bring you the news.
Speaking of rumors and flying creatures, a little bird (the kind that likes to chirp along to "A Spoonful of Sugar") told me that something supercalifragilistic may also be on its way to the Magic Kingdom. Disneyland has the Jolly Holiday Bakery Café. Might something Poppins-esque pop up at its Florida counterpart? I'd say it's expialidocious.
