Holiday World Rides the Gravy Train in 2010

Monday November 9, 2009

Already lauded as on of the world's best wooden coasters, the Thanksgiving-themed The Voyage at Indiana's Holiday World should be even better next season. According to the park, new trains will allow the ride to better navigate its extreme banks and curves and deliver a smoother ride. The newly designed trains will also feature wider, suspension-aided seats for a more comfortable experience. By reducing onboard friction, the folks at Holiday World are hopeful that the rolling stock will result in a faster--or at least, a faster feeling--ride. For the 2010 season, Holiday World is also adding Wildebeest, the world's longest water coaster.
