Things are About to Turn Dark in the Golden State

California's theme parks will be switching to off-season mode after this weekend, but in late September, most of them will be gearing up for Halloween with special events. The spooky fun ranges from wild at the granddaddy of theme park Halloween events, Knott's Scary Farm Haunt, to mild at Disneyland's family-friendly HalloweenTime.
