How about a "Scary Movie" Haunted House?

Friday June 17, 2005
In an odd bit of news, the Wayans Brothers, stars of the films, "White Chicks" and "Scary Movie," and the television program, "In Living Color," are proposing to build a theme park and film studio on the site of a former Army base in Oakland, CA. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the planned site, near the famed Bay Bridge, would feature movie-themed attractions like those found at the Universal Studios parks rather than coasters and thrill rides. An Oakland city official likened the project to an "ethnic Disneyland," the paper reports. The project, which is mostly speculation at this point, has no timeline.
