This Dragon will Burn through your Money

Friday March 26, 2004
There have been a few attempts to develop products for fans that want to try their hand at building roller coasters at home. Some of these take the form of computer simulations, while others are based on 3D scale models. A new company, CoasterDynamix, has produced what appears to be the most realistic roller coaster model maker yet. Dubbed The Dragon, the product's flexile track system allows designer wannabes to twist and bend their thrill machines into the diabolical ride of their choosing. The model also features an electric motor, stainless steel wheels, and a suspended train to put your coaster through its paces. You'll have to provide the screams, however. The Dragon costs $499.95. That'll probably get you screaming.
