Arnold to Terminate Governor's Recall?

In the truth-is-stranger-than-fiction department, can anything beat California's efforts to unseat Governor Gray Davis? In his bid to become the country's first cyborg statesman, Arnold Schwarzenegger is certainly gaining some notoriety--and may actually gain the Golden State's corner office. But running the world's seventh largest economy is nothing compared to saving the entire world, as Schwarzenegger does with in-your-face aplomb in the Terminator 2:3D attractions at Universal Studios in Hollywood, Orlando, and Japan. Hey, if Arnold does become governor, maybe he could declare California a giant theme park, erect a berm at the state's borders, and charge admission. That might solve the budget woes. For now, you'll have to settle for California's actual theme parks:
